Rectification of Class A Note Register Clause Samples

Rectification of Class A Note Register. If: (a) (Entry Omitted): an entry is omitted from the Class A Note Register; (b) (Entry made otherwise than in accordance with this agreement): an entry is made in the Class A Note Register otherwise than in accordance with this agreement; (c) (Wrong entry exists): an entry wrongly exists in the Class A Note Registrar; (d) (Error or defect exists in Register): there is an error or defect in any entry in the Class A Note Register; or (e) (Default made): default is made or unnecessary delay takes place in entering in the Class A Register that any person has ceased to be the holder of Class A Notes, then the Class A Note Registrar may rectify the same.
