Common use of Rectification and erasure Clause in Contracts

Rectification and erasure. 8.1. We shall, at our discretion, either (i) provide you with the ability to rectify or delete Personal Data via the functionalities of the Services, or (ii) rectify or delete Personal Data as instructed by you. If this requires your or your Authorized Entities’ support, you shall provide all necessary support and procure the support of the respective Authorized Entity for us to fulfill this obligation.
