Recruitment Committee. 154. The City and the Union agree to form a joint labor-management committee to improve the City’s recruitment of highly-qualified police officers. The committee will include representatives from Police Department management, the POA, and the Department of Human Resources. For fiscal year 2006-07 and thereafter, the Department of Human Resources will receive an annual allocation of $250,000 to fund committee activities, programs and expenses. These funds may be used to develop enhanced recruitment and marketing programs, applicant preparation activities, and innovative new recruitment and hiring strategies. These funds may also be used for cultural competency and other training for new and experienced officers through City University or similar resources.
Recruitment Committee. CMO shall appoint a series of Directors of CMO to run the recruitment committee. The committee shall credential potential IPs and APs according the credentialling guidelines in the MANUAL. Each member so credentialled shall have the his/her picture taken by CMO and be sent a standard plaque as determined by the FRANCHISOR.
Recruitment Committee. The Board will appoint the chair of each Community Council to a director recruitment committee, which shall be responsible to identify, recruit and recommend to the Election Committee potential candidates for election or appointment to the Board. Tasks The Recruitment Committee shall (i) develope a written recruitment plan defining the step by step process of employment, (ii) assure and report on gender balance within the recruitment procedure, (iii) prepare guidelines of best practice for the recruitment of researchers, (iv) advertise of positions through websites and well-read international scientific journals, (v) make recommendation regarding problem that may arise in the recruitment process, including the lack of suitable candidates, (vi) help validating all data provided by the applicants and (vii) supporting the scientist in charge at the hosting partners in managing the recruitment of fellows. The Recruitment Committee will report to the Supervisory Board at least twice a year. The recruitment plan shall be approved by the Supervisory Board.
Recruitment Committee. This Committee, chaired by the Recruitment Advisor and comprised of one or two other retirees chosen from among the Association’s members, is responsible for communicating with retirees and encouraging them to either become members of the Association or to renew their memberships..
