Common use of Recreation of Corporate Units Clause in Contracts

Recreation of Corporate Units. A Holder of a Treasury Unit may, at any time on or prior to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on the second Business Day immediately preceding the first day of the Final Three-Day Remarketing Period, recreate Corporate Units by depositing with the Collateral Agent Debentures underlying the Applicable Ownership Interest in Debentures or the Applicable Ownership Interest in the Treasury Portfolio, as applicable, having an aggregate principal amount equal to the aggregate principal amount at maturity of, and in substitution for all, but not less than all, of the Treasury Securities comprising part of the Treasury Unit in accordance with this Section 3.14; provided, however, that if the Treasury Portfolio has replaced the Debentures underlying the Applicable Ownership Interest in Debentures as components of Corporate Units as a result of a Successful Remarketing or a Mandatory Redemption or a Special Event Redemption, such Collateral Substitutions may be made at any time on or prior to the second Business Day immediately preceding the Purchase Contract Settlement Date.
