Recovery of Unpaid Fees. If the Client does not pay the Service Provider any portion of the Fees within the stipulated timeframe, the Service Provider may charge you interest at the Interest Rate set out in the Proposal. If unpaid Fees are recovered through an external agency, Client acknowledges that they will be responsible for the costs involved in the recovery, including any legal costs.
