Common use of Recovery of Overdue Fees Clause in Contracts

Recovery of Overdue Fees. Without prejudice to any other provisions of this Loan Agreement, the Lender shall be entitled (and the Borrower hereby irrevocably authorises the Lender), at any time and from time to time, to apply any credit balance to which the Borrower is then entitled on any account with the Lender in satisfaction of the sum or sums from time to time owing by the Borrower to the Lender under and/or pursuant to this Clause 9. The Lender shall give written notice to the Borrower of any such application promptly thereafter.

Recovery of Overdue Fees.
