RECOVERY OF ATTORNEY’S FEES AND COSTS. In the event any action is instituted by Lessor to enforce any provision hereof, to recover any rents due or to recover possession of the premises for any default or breach of this Agreement by Lessee, Lessee shall pay Lessor’s reasonable attorney’s fees, costs and expenses.
