RECOVERY OF ATTORNEY’S FEES AND COSTS. If either party shall bring any legal or equitable action against the other, the non-prevailing party shall pay the prevailing party’s reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred in such action and any appeal therefrom. For purposes of this section, “costs” shall include expert witness fees, court reporter fees, and court costs.
