RECOVERY OF ATTORNEY’S FEES AND COSTS. If any action for breach of or to enforce the provisions of this Agreement is commenced, the court in such action shall award to the party in whose favor a judgment is entered, a reasonable sum as attorneys' fees and costs. Such attorneys' fees and costs shall be paid by the non-prevailing party in such action.
