Records Retention and Audit Rights. 6.4.1. Throughout the term of this Agreement and for five (5) years thereafter, the Company, at its expense, shall keep and maintain complete and accurate records of all sales, leases, and other dispositions of Licensed Products during the term of this Agreement and all other records related to this Agreement.
