Common use of Records Retained Clause in Contracts

Records Retained. Company, at its expense, shall keep and maintain and shall cause each Sublicensee to keep and maintain complete and accurate records of all sales, leases, and other dispositions of Licensed Products during the term of this Agreement and the Post-termination Period. Such records shall be retained for at least [***] following the end of the reporting period to which the records relate.
