Common use of Records Request Clause in Contracts

Records Request. At any time, and from time to time, during the Term and the Retention Period, Aurora may make a written request for a copy of the Records created and maintained by Choom and/or any of the Choom OpCos (a “Records Request”). Choom and/or the applicable Choom OpCo(s) shall provide the requested Records as soon as reasonably practicable after the date of its receipt of the Records Request and, in any event, no later than ten (10) Business Days after its receipt of the Records Request. For the avoidance of doubt, a Record as Request shall not be considered an Audit for the purposes of this Agreement.
