Common use of Records Open to Inspection Clause in Contracts

Records Open to Inspection. Until the expiration of six (6) years after final payment has been made, pursuant to Section 7.10.1 of this Contract, the Governor or his designee, the Secretary of Administration and Finance, the State Auditor, the Office of the Inspector General, the Commissioner of DCAMM, Awarding Authority, and any other public official authorized by law, shall have the right to examine any books, documents, papers, or records of the House Doctor or of its Consultants, if applicable, that directly pertain to, and involve transactions relating to, the House Doctor or its Consultants.
