The Adviser must also maintain a record, by Investment Fund, for each investment in which the Company has a current position, the type of interest and the amount of the Company’s current position. These records need to be maintained and be true, accurate, current, and complete only to the extent that this information is reasonably available to, or obtainable by, the Adviser.
