Common use of Recording Clause in Contracts

Recording. Tenant shall not record this Lease or any memorandum of this Lease without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be withheld or denied in the sole and absolute discretion of Landlord, and any recordation by Tenant shall be a material breach of this Lease. Tenant grants to Landlord a power of attorney to execute and record a release releasing any such recorded instrument of record that was recorded without the prior written consent of Landlord.

Recording. Tenant shall not have no right to record any memorandum, short form or other instrument relating to this Lease or any without Landlord's prior written consent. Upon Landlord's request, Tenant shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Landlord a memorandum of this Lease without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be withheld or denied in the sole and absolute discretion of Landlord, and any recordation by Tenant shall be a material breach of this Lease. Tenant grants to Landlord a power of attorney to execute and record a release releasing any such recorded instrument of record that was recorded without the prior written consent of Landlordfor recording purposes.

Recording. Tenant Landlord shall not record this Lease or any short form memorandum of this Lease hereof without the prior written consent of Landlord, Tenant which consent may be withheld in Tenant's sole discretion, except that no consent shall be required if such recording is mandated by applicable law. If Tenant grants its consent to such recordation or denied in the sole and absolute discretion of Landlordif such recordation is mandated by law, and any recordation by Tenant shall be a material breach responsible for the cost of recording this Lease or any Memorandum of Lease. Tenant grants to Landlord a power of attorney to execute and record a release releasing , including any such recorded instrument of record that was recorded without the prior written consent of Landlordtransfer or other taxes incurred in connection with said recordation.

Recording. This Lease may not be placed on public record by Tenant, and any such recordation by Tenant shall not record this Lease or any memorandum of this Lease without the prior written consent of Landlord shall, at Landlord's option, which consent may be withheld or denied in the sole and absolute discretion of Landlord, and any recordation by Tenant shall be constitute a material breach of this Lease. Tenant grants to Landlord a power of attorney to execute and record a release releasing any such recorded instrument of record that was recorded without the prior written consent of LandlordLease by Tenant.

Recording. Tenant grants to Landlord a power of attorney to execute and record a release releasing any such recorded instrument of record that was recorded without the prior written consent of Landlord.

Recording. It is agreed that Tenant shall not record this Lease or any without first obtaining written permission from Landlord, which permission may be withheld in Landlord’s sole discretion. Any violation of this clause shall be deemed a default on the part of Tenant, and Landlord at its option reserves the right to cancel this Lease and take those steps necessary to remove this Lease and/or a memorandum hereof from the record. Landlord and Tenant shall record a memorandum of this Lease without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be withheld or denied and Tenant agrees to bear any and all costs and expenses in the sole and absolute discretion of Landlord, and any recordation by Tenant shall be a material breach of this Lease. Tenant grants to Landlord a power of attorney to execute and record a release releasing any such recorded instrument of record that was recorded without the prior written consent of Landlordconnection with same.

If Tenant grants its consent to such recordation or denied in the sole and absolute discretion of Landlordif such recordation is mandated by law, and any recordation by Tenant shall be a material breach responsible for the cost of recording this Lease or any Memorandum of Lease. Tenant grants to Landlord a power of attorney to execute and record a release releasing , including any such recorded instrument of record that was recorded without the prior written consent of Landlordtransfer or other taxes incurred in connection with said recordation.

Tenant grants to Landlord a limited power of attorney in Tenant's name to execute and record a release releasing any such recorded discharge the instrument of record that which was recorded without the prior written consent of Landlord's consent.
