Recording, segregation, use and re-use. 5.3.1 Subject to and except as otherwise permitted under the AIFMD or other relevant rules, the Custodian shall not mingle the Assets with its own assets, or assets of other clients. The Assets shall be clearly identified in the records of the Custodian as being held for the Client with respect to the Fund.
5.3.2 Where Securities are physically held by the Custodian, AAEB and/or AGCS, such Securities shall be physically segregated from the assets of the Custodian, AAEB and/or AGCS, or their respective other clients.
5.3.3 If special rights are attached to specific numbers of Securities, for instance in the case of premium bonds, such numbers shall be recorded separately for the Client. To the extent Securities are subject to drawings by lot, the Sub-Custodian shall ensure, each time a drawing takes place, that an amount or number of Securities corresponding therewith shall be allotted to the Client.
5.3.4 The Custodian does not make use of the Assets without prior consent of the Manager and prior notification to the Client nor shall the Assets be reused by the Custodian without the prior consent of the Manager and prior notification to the Client.
5.3.5 The Manager hereby provides its consent to the Custodian using and reusing the Assets and the Client acknowledges hereby to have been notified.
