Recording, Retaining Tapes. Introducing Firm shall record every trading conversation with counterparties to Transactions and shall retain tapes of all such conversations for at least thirty business days, and longer with respect to specified days, Approved Counterparties or Transactions if Wexford so requests, either orally and confirmed by fax or in writing.
