Recording on a Non. Performance Day On a day on which the Artist has no performance scheduled, the recording sessions including rehearsals may be a maximum of eight (8) out of twelve (12) hours. The overnight rest period the night prior to and the night following the making of a specially prepared recording shall not be less than ten (10) hours.
