RECORDING MEDIUM Clause Samples
The 'Recording Medium' clause defines the specific formats or materials on which information, data, or content must be stored, delivered, or maintained under an agreement. This clause typically outlines acceptable types of media, such as paper documents, digital files, CDs, or cloud storage, and may specify requirements for durability, accessibility, or compatibility. Its core function is to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of how records or deliverables should be provided and preserved, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over format or accessibility.
RECORDING MEDIUM. Instruments shall be recorded on paper that is uniformly white, opaque and smooth in finish. The size of the paper shall be no less than 8 1/2 x 11 or larger than 8 1/2 x 14 inches. Negative (white on black background) and carbon copies are not acceptable.
RECORDING MEDIUM. All transcripts shall be typewritten or mechanical reproduced if approved in writing by the Authorized User.
