Common use of Recordation into Register Clause in Contracts

Recordation into Register. Upon its receipt of an agreement referred to in clause (b)(ii) above executed by an Assuming Lender or any Increasing Lender, together with the certificate referred to in clause (b)(i) above, the Administrative Agent shall, if such agreement has been completed, (x) accept such agreement, (y) record the information contained therein in the Register and (z) give prompt notice thereof to the Borrower. This Agreement shall be amended by the Administrative Agent and the Borrower to reflect the addition of each Assuming Lender and the increase in Commitments of each Increasing Lender, which amendment shall not require the consent of the Required Lenders or the Lenders.
