Common use of Recordation into Register Clause in Contracts

Recordation into Register. Upon its receipt of a Revolving Credit Commitment Increase Amendment (together with any applicable Lender Addendum) executed by an Assuming Lender or any Increasing Lender, together with the certificate referred to in clause (i)(D) above and the satisfaction of the conditions referred to in clause (ii)(B) above, the Administrative Agent shall, if such agreement (and any applicable Lender Addendum) has been completed, (x) accept such agreement (and any Lender Addenda thereto), (y) record the information contained therein in the Register and (z) give prompt notice thereof to GEO.
