Common use of Recordation into Register Clause in Contracts

Recordation into Register. Upon its receipt of an Incremental Commitment Agreement duly executed by each Assuming Lender and/or each Increasing Lender providing or increasing a Commitment, respectively, as part of such Commitment Increase, and the Borrower, together with the certificate referred to in clause (ii)(x) above, and, if applicable, upon the making of any Incremental Term Loans pursuant to clause (ii)(z) above, the Administrative Agent shall, if such Incremental Commitment Agreement has been completed, (x) accept such Incremental Commitment Agreement, (y) record the information contained therein in the Register and (z) give prompt notice thereof to the Borrower.
