Recordation Information. The filings for recordation of the Supplemental Indenture contemplated by Section 4.13 of the Mortgage shall be completed not later than 45 days after the Closing, and the Company shall promptly notify the Purchasers of such completion of recordation. Within 60 days after the Closing, the Company shall deliver to the Principal Trustee and the Purchasers an Officer’s Certificate certifying that (i) the Supplemental Indenture has been duly recorded in each county or recording or filing district in which any of the properties or assets of the Company subject to the Lien of the Mortgage are situated, as listed on
