Common use of Record Review Clause in Contracts

Record Review. To allow REP (i) to confirm the SMP Parties’ title, and (ii) to conduct additional due diligence with respect to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Property and (following the exercise of Option I), the NW Casmalia Property, the SMP Parties shall prior to expiration of the Option II Exercise Period, give REP access during normal business hours to all contract land and lease and operational records; to the extent such data and records are in the SMP Parties’ possession and relate to the property. The Confidentiality Agreement will continue in force and effect.

Record Review.
