Common use of Record Retention Clause in Contracts

Record Retention. During the course of the Agreement and for three (3) years following completion of the Required Services, Consultant agrees to maintain, intact and readily accessible, all data, documents, reports, records, contracts, and supporting materials relating to the performance of the Agreement, including accounting for costs and expenses charged to City, including such records in the possession of sub- contractors/sub-consultants.

During the course of the Agreement and for three (3) years (or as otherwise required by law, whichever is longer) following completion of the Required Services, Consultant agrees to maintain, intact and readily accessible, all data, documents, reports, records, contracts, and supporting materials relating to the performance of the Agreement, including accounting for costs and expenses charged to City, including such records in the possession of sub- sub-contractors/sub-consultants.

During the course of the Agreement and for three seven (37) years following completion of the Required Services, Consultant agrees to maintain, intact and readily accessible, all data, documents, reports, records, contracts, and supporting materials relating to the performance of the Agreement, including accounting for costs and expenses charged to City, including such records in the possession of sub- contractors/sub-consultants.
