Record Requirements. The ELC and the District shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 119, F.S., Section Sections 1002.72 and 1002.97, F.S., and all applicable state and federal confidentiality laws. Both parties shall comply with all laws, rules and regulations pursuant to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, 20 USC 1232g (“FERPA”).
