Record Plans. Within ninety (90) days following the issuance of the Notice of Commercial Operation, Developer shall prepare and deliver to CVEC detailed record plans accurately depicting the PV System and, if applicable, the Battery Energy Storage System including, without limitation, interconnection applications and utility agreements, all wiring, lines, conduits, piping, other structures or equipment and, for any Battery Energy Storage System, the software controls manual.
