Common use of Record of Limited Partners Clause in Contracts

Record of Limited Partners. The General Partner shall keep or cause to be kept at its principal place of business in Ontario a current Record stating for each Limited Partner that information required under the Act, including the Limited Partner’s name, status as to Qualified Canadian, address, Ontario corporation number, if any, the amount of money and/or the value of other property contributed or to be contributed by the Limited Partner to the Partnership and the number and type of Units held by each Limited Partner. Registration of interests in, and as provided in Section 3.13, transfers of, Units will be made only in the Record.
