Common use of Record Keeping System Clause in Contracts

Record Keeping System. MDS shall establish and maintain, at its own expense, bookkeeping, accounting, and record keeping systems, including the preparation and retention of books and records. ESPRE shall have the right to review a statement summarizing Gross Revenues receipts on an annual basis upon ten (10) Business Days’ prior written notice to MDS. MDS shall provide a report to ESPRE of all persons or entities from which Gross Revenues have been derived in the previous quarter. ARTICLE IV.
