Record Filing. Within 3(three) months after the Licensor becomes the exclusive owner of the Trademarks, both parties shall, in compliance with the law of China, make a record filing of the copy of the Agreement to the relevant trademark authority of China (if applicable). Both parties agree to execute or furnish the relevant documents required in line with the principal hereof and relevant laws.
