Record Edits. 1.1.4.1 CLEC RECORD EDITS CLEC will perform detailed record edits on the rated and unrated messages prior to transmitting them to the billing environment. Rated & unrated records that do not pass CLEC edits will be returned to PACIFIC with thirty (30) days of the file date.
