Record Documentation. Keep a complete set of documents - contract and approved submittal - on the job, note any changes made during installation. Provide a corrected set of as-built shop drawings in PDF format showing the work as installed, with input and output levels noted, for review and inclusion in the Closeout Submittals.
Record Documentation. (As‐Built Drawings): Contractor will submit record documentation of all systems and components installed as part of this project. Record documents will include depiction of the actual installed conditions of all equipment and cabling components. In addition, record documentation shall include configuration settings of each system upon the completion of any acceptance test. Contractor shall update the most recent record drawings submitted as further changes occur in the field or because of a patch or upgrade to an installed system. Documents will be submitted in the following formats:
4.4.1 One ½ size print of all project plans on bond paper with “As Built” or “Record Drawing” on the cover sheet.
4.4.2 One complete set of CAD drawing files in AutoCAD “.DWG format, including all associated files used to produce the project plans (i.e. fonts, image files. Xref dwgs. *.CTB, *.stb, etc.).
4.4.3 All models including 3D models, are to be included in their original format with no locking of data in any way. If CAD models are created as part of the project for example in AutoCAD Architecture, Civil 3D or Revit, those files are to be provided also.
4.4.4 PDF files of the entire project plans set to original drawing size.
Record Documentation. The Architect collects, in view of the operation and maintenance of the Works, the following documents:

The Contractor shall keep complete and accurate field records of all changes and deviations from the Drawings and Specifications indicating the actual placement and condition of all elements of the Work as actually constructed or installed. All such deviations and changes shall be made on a regular and current basis, and shall be neatly and accurately indicated on the Drawings affected, or in the Specifications, with appropriate supplemental notes. The Contractor shall keep at the Site field office a copy of the as-built Contract Documents which shall be available at all times for use and inspection by the Contracting Officer and Owner’s Representative.
