Reconveyance of Receivables. In the event that a Transferor has paid to the Company the full Outstanding Balance of any Receivable pursuant to Section 3.3, the Company shall reconvey such Receivable to such Transferor, without representation or warranty, but free and clear of all liens, security interests, charges, and encumbrances created by the Company.
