Common use of Reconveyance by Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reconveyance by Trustee. Upon written request of Beneficiary stating that all Secured Obligations have been paid or forgiven, and all obligations under the Loan Documents have been performed in full, and upon surrender of this Deed of Trust to Trustee for cancellation and retention, and upon payment by Trustor of Trustee's reasonable fees, Trustee shall reconvey the Security to Trustor, or to the person or persons legally entitled thereto.

Reconveyance by Trustee. Upon written request of Beneficiary stating that all Secured Obligations sums secured hereby have been paid or forgiven, and all obligations under the Loan Documents have been performed in full, and upon surrender of this Deed of Trust to Trustee for cancellation and retention, and upon payment by Trustor of Trustee's reasonable fees, Trustee shall reconvey the Security to Trustor, or to the person or persons legally entitled thereto.

Notwithstanding the forgoing, Beneficiary shall partially reconvey this Deed of Trust in accordance with Section 2.7 of the Loan Agreement.
