Reconduction Sample Clauses

The Reconduction clause defines the automatic renewal or extension of an agreement upon its expiration unless one party provides notice to terminate. Typically, this clause specifies the conditions under which the contract will continue, such as the renewal period and the required notice timeframe for non-renewal. Its core practical function is to ensure continuity of the contractual relationship without the need for renegotiation, thereby preventing accidental lapses in agreement coverage.
