Recomputation. If a distribution is not a cash-out distribution, then the partially-vested Participant's account shall be continued so as to account for the remainder of the account and at any relevant time the vested portion of the account shall not be less than an amount ("X") determined by the formula: in which P is the vested percentage at the relevant time; AB is the account balance at the relevant time; D is the amount of distribution; R is the ratio of the account balance at the relevant time to the account balance after distribution; and the relevant time is the close of the Plan Year in which the Participant has incurred five consecutive One-Year Breaks in Service (based on Plan Years).
