Recommended payments. We may set a recommended payment as a guide to how much you should pay. This will be more than your minimum payment and is intended to help you keep on top of your borrowing and repay it more quickly. If we do set a recommended payment, we’ll tell you the amount. It is only a guide and you do not have to pay the amount by which the recommended payment exceeds your minimum payment. To keep to the terms of the agreement, you only have to pay the minimum payment amount. If you want to, you’re always able to pay more, up to the full statement balance. A7 What fees do we charge?
