Common use of Recommendation Clause in Contracts

Recommendation. The Directors consider that the proposed resolutions regarding the re-election of the retiring Directors, the granting of the Issue Mandate and the Repurchase Mandate and the extension of the Issue Mandate by the addition thereto of any Shares repurchased under the Repurchase Mandate are in the best interests of the Company and its Shareholders as a whole.
