Recognized Expenses. (i) Commencing on the Commencement Date, and on the first (1st) day of each Lease Month thereafter during the Term, Tenant shall pay to Landlord without notice or demand Tenant’s Share of the “Recognized Expenses”, without deduction, counterclaim or setoff, as set forth herein.
