RECOGNIZED ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS PROGRAM. Recognized Environmental Standards Program means one of the following: (a) the ENERGY STAR® program; (b) the Canadian Green Building Council LEED® program; or (c) any nationally or internationally recognized environmental standards program designed to achieve energy savings and related objectives of the type included in the programs listed above.
