Recognize Union. ‌ The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive representative, under Minn. Stat. § 179A.03, Subdivision 14, for: All clerical, administrative and technical Employees employed by the Minnesota Judicial Branch within the First and Seventh Judicial Districts under Minn. Stat. § 179A.03, Subd. 14, excluding supervisory, confidential and all other employees.
