Common use of Reclaiming Services Clause in Contracts

Reclaiming Services. HSMC shall use reasonable attempts to identify, locate, and make contact with the animal’s owner in order to arrange for either the surrender or the return of the animal. Said efforts will be made within the statutory 7-day holding period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties acknowledge that the owners of some stray non-dogs animals are never known or even identified such that HSMC’s ability to find the owner is a legal impossibility.
