Reciprocal Recognition of Rights. In the event the lessor or secured party of any airframe leased to Lessee (or a Permitted Sublessee) or owned by Lessee (or a Permitted Sublessee) is subject to a conditional sale or other security agreement in accordance with Section 6(a)(i)(6) hereof, and the lease or conditional sale or other security agreement covering such airframe also covers an engine or engines owned by the lessor under such lease or subject to a security interest in favor of the secured party under such conditional sale or other security agreement, Lessor hereby agrees for the benefit of such lessor or secured party that Lessor will not acquire or claim, as against such lessor or secured party, any right, title or interest in any such engine as the result of such engine being installed on the Airframe at any time while such engine is subject to such lease or conditional sale or other security agreement and owned by such lessor or subject to a security interest in favor of such secured party. Lessor also hereby agrees for the benefit of the mortgagee under any mortgage complying with Section 6(a)(i)(6) hereof, relating to installation of an Engine on an airframe leased to Lessee (or a Permitted Sublessee), that Lessor will not acquire or claim, as against such mortgagee, any right, title or interest in any engine subject to the lien of such mortgage as the result of such engine being installed on the Airframe at any time while such engine is subject to the lien of such mortgage.
