CESSION 23.1 Upon written notice to the Supplier/Service Provider, Transnet shall be entitled:
Weather 6.1 No extension of time shall be granted for delays resulting from normal weather conditions prevailing in the area as defined by the average of the last ten years of weather data as recorded by the U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration at the Fort Lauderdale Weather Station.
War We do not Cover an illness, treatment or medical condition due to war, declared or undeclared.
Sabotage Sabotage is of concern to all Parties involved on any work site and may affect safety, and therefore both the physical and mental well being of all persons on site. The Parties to this Agreement will not tolerate sabotage, and will ensure that any person/s responsible for such action is immediately dismissed. It is accepted that the relevant authorities may have to be notified, and provisions of the OH&S Act implemented.
Evacuation (1) If the Combatant Commander orders a mandatory evacuation of some or all personnel, the Government will provide assistance, to the extent available, to United States and third country national contractor personnel.
Accession 1. Any State, Member of the European Free Trade Association, may accede to this Agreement, provided that the Joint Committee decides to approve its accession, to be negotiated between the acceding State and the Parties concerned, on such terms and conditions as may be set out in that decision. The instrument of accession shall be deposited with the Depositary.
Occupancy The Assuming Institution shall give the Receiver fifteen (15) days' prior written notice of its intention to vacate prior to vacating any leased Bank Premises with respect to which the Assuming Institution has not exercised the option provided in Section 4.6(b). Any such notice shall be deemed to terminate the Assuming Institution's option with respect to such leased Bank Premises.
Concession A concession by the Borrower, after applicable notice and cure periods, under any one or more obligations in an aggregate monetary amount in excess of $100,000.
Quarantine A Teacher shall be granted a leave of absence with pay as a result of being quarantined or otherwise prevented by order of the Medical Officer of Health from attending upon his/her duties.
Inclement Weather 24.1 This Inclement Weather clause sets out the full rights, obligations and entitlements of the parties and establishes the conditions under which payment for periods of inclement weather shall be made.
