Recertification audit Clause Samples

A recertification audit clause outlines the requirement for periodic reassessment of compliance with certain standards or contractual obligations. Typically, this clause specifies the frequency and scope of audits, such as annual reviews of processes, documentation, or performance to ensure ongoing adherence to agreed-upon criteria. Its core function is to maintain continuous compliance and accountability, addressing the risk of standards lapsing over time.
