Recent Registration Limitation. If the Company has effected a Requested Registration within the preceding one hundred eighty (180) days and such registration has been declared or ordered and kept effective for the time period indicated in Section 3.1(c) below, the Company shall have the right to defer such Requested Registration for a period of not more than ninety (90) days after receipt of the applicable S-1 Registration Request, provided that such right to delay a Requested Registration may be exercised by the Company not more than once in any twelve (12)- month period.
