Recent Hires Clause Samples
The "Recent Hires" clause defines how newly hired employees are treated under the terms of an agreement or policy. Typically, it specifies whether individuals who have joined the company within a certain timeframe—such as the past six months—are subject to different rules, benefits, or restrictions compared to longer-tenured employees. For example, recent hires might be excluded from certain bonus programs or may have different notice periods for termination. This clause ensures clarity regarding the rights and obligations of new employees, preventing misunderstandings and aligning expectations for both the employer and the recent hires.
