Common use of Receivables Documents Clause in Contracts

Receivables Documents. Upon the delivery, if any, by such Seller to the Company of licenses, rights, computer programs, related materials, computer tapes, disks, cassettes and data relating to the administration of the Purchased Receivables pursuant to subsection 5.01(r), the Company shall have been furnished with all materials and data reasonably necessary to permit timely collection of the Purchased Receivables without the participation of such Seller in such collection.

Receivables Documents. Upon the delivery, if any, by such Seller to the Company of licenses, rights, computer programs, related materials, computer tapes, disks, cassettes and data relating to the administration of the Purchased Receivables pursuant to subsection 5.01(r5.01(p), the Company shall have been furnished with all materials and data reasonably necessary to permit timely orderly collection of the Purchased Receivables without the participation of such Seller in such collection.

Receivables Documents. Upon the delivery, if any, by such Seller to the Company of licenses, rights, computer programs, related materials, computer tapes, disks, cassettes and data relating to the administration of the Purchased Receivables pursuant to subsection 5.01(r5.14(d)(v), the Company shall have been furnished with all materials and data reasonably necessary to permit timely immediate collection of the Purchased Receivables without the participation of such any Seller in such collection.

Upon the delivery, if any, by such Seller to the Company of licenses, rights, computer programs, related materials, computer tapes, disks, cassettes and data relating to the administration of the Purchased Receivables pursuant to subsection 5.01(r), the Company shall have been furnished with all materials and data reasonably necessary to permit timely immediate collection of the Purchased Receivables without the participation of such Seller in such collection.
