Common use of Receipt of Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Loan Documents. Lender shall have received a Request For Advance in form and substance satisfactory to Lender which shall have been completed and executed by Borrower (each, a “Request For Advance”) which, upon delivery to and acceptance by Lender, will become part of the Loan Documents, and such other instruments and documents which the Lender may reasonably request in connection with the transactions provided for in this Agreement, all in form and substance satisfactory to Lender and duly executed by the Borrower.
