Employee hereby represents and warrants that he has received and reviewed (1) Employer's Annual Report on Form 10-KSB, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"), (2) Employer's Quarterly Reports on Form 10-QSB, as filed with the SEC, (3) Employer's Current Reports on Form 8-K, as amended and as filed with the SEC. With respect to such information, Employee further represents and warrants that he has had an opportunity to ask questions of, and to receive answers from, the officers of Employer.
